Directions
The Division Office is located in Suite 500 on the fifth floor of Cray Plaza in downtown St. Paul. Directions to the office from:
- Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP)
- Interstate 94 Eastbound
- Interstate 94 Westbound
- Interstate 35E Southbound
- Interstate 35E Northbound

Directions to the Division Office from the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport
- Exit the airport and follow the left exit to Minnesota Highway 5 East toward St. Paul
- Go 1.7 miles, then take the Edgecumbe Rd / Shepard Rd / River Blvd exit
- Stay to the right on the exit ramp, then turn left at Shepard Road East
- Continue on Shepard Road East for 5.5 miles, then turn left at Sibley Street
- Go 4 blocks, then turn left at 6th Street East
- Go 1 block, then turn left at Jackson Street
- Go 1 block, then turn left at 5th Street East
- Turn left ½ way down block into the Cray Plaza underground parking garage
- Total trip distance: approximately 9 miles
Directions to the Division Office traveling east on I-94
- Take the 7th Street exit # 242C
- Turn right at 7th Street East
- Go 4 blocks, then turn left at Jackson Street
- Go 3 blocks, then turn left at 5th Street East
- Turn left ½ way down block into the Cray Plaza underground parking garage
Directions to the Division Office traveling west on I-94
- Take 6th Street (also US 52 South) exit number 242D
- Stay left to continue on 6th Street East
- Go 4 blocks, then turn left at Jackson Street
- Go 1 block, then turn left on 5th Street East
- Turn left ½ way down block into the Cray Plaza underground parking garage
Directions to the Division Office traveling south on I-35E
- Take the I-94 East (to US 52 South) exit # 107A
- Take the 10th Street East ramp
- Bear right at 10th Street East
- Go 2 blocks, then turn left at Jackson Street
- Go 5 blocks, then turn left at 5th Street East
- Turn left ½ way down block into the Cray Plaza underground parking garage
Directions to the Division Office traveling north on I-35E
- Take the 11th Street East exit # 106C
- Turn right at St. Peter Street
- Go 6 blocks, then turn left at 5th Street
- Go 5 blocks to Jackson Street
- Continue on 5th Street East for another ½ block
- Turn left into the Cray Plaza underground parking garage
