Notes:
The following chart provides an overview of the applicability requirements of Subpart B given various funding arrangements and circumstances under which property will be acquired. You should be able to fit the program you are working on into one of the situations described in the chart.
IMPLEMENTATION: This will have an impact on Federal agencies' direct Federal programs using voluntary (willing seller) transactions as Subpart B is now fully applicable.
