Question:

A 180-day owner of a mobile home who rents the site is displaced. He/She is entitled to both a rental supplement on the lot and a replacement housing payment for the mobile home. Their options are:

  1. They can purchase a new mobile home and move it to a new rented lot and be eligible for both portions of the payment, if sufficient costs are incurred.

  2. Same as 1) above, but they purchase a lot and only are allowed to claim an RHP for the purchase of the new mobile home.

  3. Combine the RHP amount and the rental supplement total amount and apply all funds to the purchase of a conventional dwelling.

  4. Both 1 & 3 are correct.
